John Stemlar, JD, MS - Principal and Managing Broker

John Stemlar has over 35 years of professional real estate experience. He began his career as an attorney with a major law firm, representing commercial real estate investor, developer, and lender clients in a wide range of transactions.   This fueled John’s interest in real estate investment, which led him to pursue a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment. After earning his master’s degree, John spent 10 years in commercial real estate investment, buying, selling, and financing multi-million-dollar office, retail and apartment projects. While assisting friends with the purchase of a home, John recognized an opportunity to offer homebuyers and sellers a higher level of skill, sophistication and representation integrity than is typically encountered in residential real estate.  The satisfaction of helping clients succeed in their most important personal and financial undertakings motivated him to make the move from commercial to residential real estate. John started a residential brokerage business in 2003 and co-founded Sage in 2007. As a real estate broker, John has been involved in hundreds of residential transactions across north-metro Atlanta.  He is also an active real estate investor. John specializes in single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium properties.

Jeff Mueller, JD – Principal and Associate Broker

Jeff Mueller has over 20 years of experience in Atlanta residential real estate brokerage. He is a licensed attorney with a background in real estate, contract negotiation, litigation, and mediation. Jeff found his passion for real estate as a young professional when he was hired to be the corporate attorney for a large residential real estate company. Through that experience, Jeff was able to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the industry and it motivated him to get his real estate license in 2001. Jeff met John Stemlar through a court reporter who performed his depositions. That introduction eventually led to the creation of Sage Real Estate Advisors and their longstanding partnership. Jeff represents clients buying and selling single-family homes, condominiums, and townhome properties. He is an expert in new home construction and is well versed in residential design. Jeff’s clients benefit from his market expertise, negotiating strategies, and his unwavering commitment to protecting their interests. When he’s not working, you can find Jeff watching his children’s soccer games and track meets, and spending time in the mountains of Colorado or the beaches of the Bahamas.

Monica Bosco, ASP – Associate

Monica Bosco has over 15 years of residential real estate experience. Her interest in real estate and home interiors started at the young age of 8, when she would rearrange her room and spaces of her childhood home. In her early adult years, she fueled her passion by investing in multiple properties. Through the purchase of her own home, Monica met John. That experience piqued her curiosity even more until John finally said, “Monica, you should become an agent.” Fast forward to today-- Monica is a sought-after Home Staging Professional and continues to be an active real estate investor. Her real estate marketing expertise, strategic approach and exceptional transaction management skills have earned her the trust and confidence of clients time and time again. Monica represents homebuyer and seller clients in Atlanta’s in-town neighborhoods and throughout the north-metro area. Dana Keller, ASP – Associate

Dana comes to Sage with over 20 years of experience in marketing. She was inspired to get her real estate license after working for an Atlanta luxury custom home builder. Dana managed the marketing efforts for speculative new construction homes, custom homes and upscale townhome and single-family home neighborhoods. Through that position, she learned about lot acquisition, home design and the home building process. Today, Dana enjoys connecting with people to understand their wants and needs for buying or selling their homes. When she’s not working, Dana is out running, reading, baking or spending time with her family.

Camile Rambrich - Home Staging Consultant

Camile provides professional home staging support for Sage seller clients. A graduate of New York Institute of Art and Design, Camile has more than 20 years of experience in interior design and home staging. This includes staging model homes for builders, including Piedmont Residential, Brookside Properties and other individual custom home builders. In addition, Camile has provided in-home interior design services for Williams Sonoma and Arhaus. She periodically provides home interior design and color consulting services for select private residential and commercial clients.

Through strategic placement of furnishings, use of lighting, color and accessories, Camile expertly positions our listings to pique prospective homebuyer interest. Her passion and skill generate a positive energy, sense of space and inviting feel that is reflected in both the home photography and in-home tours. Camile’s efforts help to ensures that our clients’ homes sell in the shortest amount of time and at the highest possible price.
